Founded by Erica Hilliard, a children’s hair care specialist with over 15 years of experience, Joli Tots and Teens was created with one mission: to provide families with exceptional hair care services, quality products, and educational experiences that help children thrive.
After years of serving families throughout the Chicagoland area, Erica brought her passion and expertise to Greensboro, North Carolina, where she continues helping children and parents embrace healthy hair care routines and protective styling.

Our growing line of kid-friendly hair care products is thoughtfully created to make hair care easier for parents and more enjoyable for children. Our signature Leave-In Conditioner & Detangler helps moisturize, soften, and detangle hair while making styling easier.
Beauty & Braids Camp
Our Beauty & Braids Camp is more than a summer program—it’s an experience that teaches young girls beginner braiding techniques, healthy hair care, creativity, leadership, and self-confidence. Through hands-on learning and positive encouragement, campers gain valuable skills while building friendships and believing in themselves.
Parent & Youth Education
We believe education is key to healthy hair. That’s why we offer classes and resources designed to teach parents and children proper hair care, styling techniques, and product knowledge they can use at home.
